Ferrari Lifestyle is seeking a Client Advisor to represent the brand from our Soho, NY boutique. You will build lasting client relationships, attract new clients, and elevate Ferrari Lifestyle as a fashion icon in your market.

Your role involves mastering product knowledge, delivering exceptional service, and driving loyalty through VIC client initiatives, events, and partnerships with luxury hotels and top venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years luxury fashion retail experience preferred.
• Experience with international brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise and share with staff.
• Build a network of local and international luxury clients (VIC/VIP).
• Identify opportunities to drive sales through events, activations and collaborations with luxury hotels, fine restaurants, fashion outlets, personal and private stylists, and other external partnerships.
• Collaborate with corporate teams and stores to attract, retain, and engage high-value clients.
• Track VIC initiatives performance and adjust as needed to optimize results.
• Organize and manage high-end events and experiences for VICs to ensure a seamless brand experience.
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends.
• Partner with Store Director and Associate Store Director on strategies to meet and exceed store sales targets.
