CHANEL is seeking a Fashion Advisor at South Coast Plaza to deliver exceptional client service and drive brand loyalty. You will engage with clients, convert walk-ins to loyal patrons, and collaborate with a diverse sales team under boutique leadership.

You bring at least 3 years of fashion retail experience, a passion for luxury, excellent communication, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers and convert walk-ins to clients.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service.
• Build genuine relationships with clients through outreach.
• Exceed client expectations with a can-do attitude.
• Manage repairs and follow up on alterations.
