Job summary

CHANEL, Paramus is seeking a Fashion Advisor to deliver exceptional client service and fashion guidance. You will work with a diverse sales team, converting walk-ins to clients and building lasting relationships to boost brand loyalty.

You will report to the Boutique Leadership and contribute to a high-energy in-store experience, including an ability to lift 15 lbs and a flexible schedule that includes weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in fashion retail.
• Front of House Fashion: full-time in-store presence required to support client sales.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors.
• Provide prompt, professional, warm and courteous service to optimize client experience.
• Build relationships with clients through outreach and follow-up.
• Drive client conversion and retention to support revenue and brand loyalty.
