SkyBridge Luxury in San Diego seeks an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to drive luxury dining and beverage operations across multiple outlets. You will lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while balancing refined hospitality with commercial performance.

You will partner with senior leadership to ensure elevated standards, oversee budgeting and scheduling, and maintain exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic resort setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Experience in multi-outlet environments and luxury guest service.
• Strong knowledge of F&B financials including budgeting and cost controls.
• Proven ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, visible leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets with elevated service.
• Partner with the Director of F&B to set priorities and align with business objectives.
• Maintain floor presence, anticipate guest needs and ensure luxury service delivery.
• Collaborate with culinary, rooms, events and departments for cohesive guest experiences.
• Support seasonal offerings, private dining and special events.
• Lead, coach and develop F&B managers, supervisors and staff.
• Monitor budgets, labor, expenses and revenue; drive productivity and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation and brand standards; pursue continuous improvements.
