Pyramid Global Hospitality in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate the property's dining experiences across restaurants, bars, catering, and events. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality environments.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple outlets, banquet operations, catering, and culinary teams.
• Experience elevating or repositioning food and beverage programs to align with luxury or upper-upscale service standards.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all food and beverage operations with a focus on elevated guest experiences and exceptional service standards.
• Drive enhancements to culinary, beverage, banquet, and outlet offerings.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing food and beverage team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and guest-focused service.
• Ensure financial objectives are met through budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
• Monitor food, beverage, and labor costs while maximizing profitability.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through innovative programming and premium guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence.
