Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury resort F&B leadership.
• Executive committee or senior leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CA labor law, tip pooling, and wage/hour rules.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor F&B leadership across all outlets.
• Oversee operations to deliver luxury guest service.
• Develop and manage budgets, labor forecasts, and P&L.
• Collaborate with Culinary leadership on menus and food cost.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive scheduling accuracy and payroll integrity with HR.
• Recruit and train seasonal staff; build strong pipeline.
• Participate in Executive Committee and strategic planning.
