Job summary

SkyBridge Luxury & Associates seeks a Director of Front Office to lead our Bay Area luxury hotel’s Front Office operations, including Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, and Night Audit. The role emphasizes guest-centric service, staff coaching, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressive Front Office leadership experience within luxury, lifestyle, or independent hotel environments.
• Strong knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and guest experience management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for all Front Office operations (Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Night Audit).
• Create exceptional guest arrival, stay, and departure experiences through personalized service.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop department leaders and hourly associates.
• Ensure luxury service standards are consistently executed through training and coaching.
• Partner with Rooms Division leadership to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and identify opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Monitor labor costs, scheduling, and departmental performance.
