Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in food and beverage management.
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management desirable.
• Sommelier credentials or beverage certifications desirable.
• Experience in luxury hotel operations preferred.
• Familiarity with unionized hospitality environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B outlet operations, ensuring luxury service and quality.
• Plan staffing levels based on business needs and guest volumes.
• Provide hands-on leadership on the floor during peak periods.
• Lead training, coaching, and development of colleagues.
• Monitor KPIs and drive service improvements.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as assigned.
• Collaborate across hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
