  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale hospitality operations.
  • Previous experience in a multi‑outlet environment, ideally within a luxury resort or full‑service hotel.
  • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage financials, including labor management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining elevated service standards.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • A hands‑on, visible leadership style with the ability to remain composed and decisive in a fast‑paced environment.
