Montage International seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Buffalos in Bluffton, SC. Lead a team, oversee service standards, welcome guests, and ensure WOW moments while maintaining floor operations.

You will supervise opening/closing duties, assist with scheduling, training, and safety compliance. A passion for hospitality and strong communication are essential; luxury hotel experience is a plus, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Progressive food and beverage experience.
• Effective supervisory and communication skills.
• Well organized and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge, understanding, and compliance of policies and procedures.
• Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Embrace Technology – continually learn, adapt and master new operating systems.
• Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus.

Responsabilités

• Circulate on the outlet floor, continually checking with guests and service staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle guests’ complaints, create WOW moments, and thank guests upon departure.
• Monitor, supervise setup and maintenance of dining room to standards.
• Control flow of room by seating guests in each section by rotation.
• Assign and supervise opening and closing side duties.
• Lead daily pre-meal meetings and participate in ongoing associate training.
