Job summary

Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, SC is seeking enthusiastic servers to deliver outstanding dining experiences. You will welcome guests, guide menu selections, and ensure accurate orders while maintaining pristine service standards.

You should be personable, team oriented, and able to work weekends and holidays. Prior luxury hotel or Micros experience is a plus, and you will grow within a culture that values passion, learning, and WOW moments for every guest.

Qualifications

• One year minimum of experience in food and beverage operations.
• Prior micros or other systems experience.
• Luxury hotel experience, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations and answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
• Take orders accurately and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs during the meal service and offer desserts or coffee.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Follow the service sequence with attention to detail.
• Deliver WOW moments to guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
