Montage Palmetto Bluff is seeking a hospitality professional to join our food and beverage team. Ensure professional service, assist guests with selections, and execute accurate orders with attention to dietary needs and special requests.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting items, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to a memorable dining experience at our luxury hotel in Bluffton, SC.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience in food & beverage operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and guest service skills.

Mansioni

• Ensure food and beverages are served professionally and timely.
• Assist guests with menu selections, provide recommendations and dietary information.
• Take orders accurately and relay modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs during service and replenish beverages as needed.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Promote menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
• Adhere to cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
