Job summary

Auberge Collection’s Lodge at Blue Sky in Park City, Utah, seeks an energetic dining operations leader to elevate service culture and guest experience across all outlets. You will direct, implement and sustain service standards while guiding a skilled team in a luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities include planning service delivery, coaching staff, monitoring quality and guest satisfaction, and driving revenue through effective upselling and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in managing food and beverage operations in luxury resorts.
• Proven experience in driving a profitable operation and managing F&B teams.
• Experience executing events in a variety of settings with a keen eye for detail.
• Aptitude for financial management, financial reports and analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all aspects of service delivery and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching and guidance to the team to maintain service standards.
• Monitor and assess quality, service and guest satisfaction trends and adjust as needed.
• Initiate and implement marketing strategies and up-selling techniques to maximize revenue.
• Maintain and champion the Auberge Resorts Collection culture.
• Oversee events and special occasions with attention to detail.
