Qualifications

• A genuine affinity for interacting meaningfully and positively with Lodge teammates.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with colleagues and management to their understanding.
• Self-confidence and leadership skills
• Minimum two years as a Concierge or Guest Services Associate at a luxury resort
• Familiarity with Northern Utah (Park City/Summit County) and local points of interest
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining the guest experience

Responsibilities

• Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest experience.
• Use the resident’s/guest’s name whenever possible and appropriate.
• Coordinate and execute guest and resident requests with concierge and other employees.
• Work closely with Concierges, Guest Service and Housekeeping to prepare units for arrival.
• Process check-in, billing details, and obtain preferences for a smooth stay.
