Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, seeks a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate front‑of‑house activities, and uphold service standards across all outlets. You’ll lead a talented team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive efficiency within budgeted guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop active knowledge of food and beverage products served in the outlets
• Actively supervise and assist with the greeting of food and beverage guests
• Maintain POS system by keeping database current and organized
• Supervise the cleanliness of all areas related to the outlet
• Oversee all employees in the restaurant during a given shift
• Handle guest reservations in a timely and efficient manner
• Supervise all delegated duties to required standards
• Monitor approved training program for all Food and Beverage outlet personnel
• Hold daily pre-service meetings to include Hotel and Food and Beverage information
• Assist management and service personnel whenever necessary
• Requisition all necessary equipment to maintain consistent level of operation
• Maintain open lines of communication with other managers and departments
• Actively participate in preparation of fiscal budgets
• Maintain presence at outlet and assist with greeting guests during outlet hours of operation
• Attend and contribute to weekly Food and Beverage meetings
