Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be genuinely engaging and able to connect with guests and team members.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Professional demeanor with leadership potential.
• Minimum two years as a Concierge or Guest Services Associate at a luxury resort.
• Excellent service etiquette and guest protocol knowledge.
• Deep familiarity with Northern Utah, especially Park City/Summit County.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining guest focus.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Basic math and data-entry proficiency.
• Calm, clear thinking and confidentiality in handling guest information.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest experience.
• Greet guests and ensure a strong first impression at reception.
• Coordinate and execute guest and resident requests with concierge and staff.
• Work with Concierge, Guest Services, and Housekeeping to prepare units for arrival.
• Assemble arrival packets and itineraries for guests.
• Assist with billing details, registrations, and property information.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest expectations and stay itineraries.
• Seek feedback at departure and relay to appropriate teams.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, hours, events, and local services.
• Support sustainability and environmental initiatives where possible.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Guest Services Manager.
