Job summary

The Wigwam, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, in Litchfield Park, AZ, seeks a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to drive luxury guest experiences in a full-service resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant within a luxury hotel or full-service resort.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information to staff under supervision.
• Share capabilities and programs with other departments or clients.
• Respond to guest needs and requests promptly.
• Maintain standards of food, beverage and service quality.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Utilize inventory and receiving systems for product use.
• Model productive standards and assist in hiring/training.
• Support other Food & Beverage outlets as needed.
