Job summary

The Wigwam, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, in Litchfield Park, AZ, seeks a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to drive luxury guest experiences in a full-service resort setting.

Lead by example, manage cost controls, and mentor staff while upholding standards aligned with Benchmark’s mission and values. Prior luxury hotel or resort F&B experience is preferred; an energetic, organized, and service-focused mindset is essential.

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information to staff under supervision.

• Utilize inventory and receiving systems for product use.
• Model productive standards and assist in hiring/training.

They will assist in providing the leadership required to achieve the fiduciary and quality goals for the Food and Beverage operation.
