You will partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and brand standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership, and excellent customer service skills, with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Experience leading food & beverage teams in hotel environment.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily F&B outlets operations including restaurant, bar, and In-Room Dining.
• Coordinate front-of-house with culinary teams to ensure service excellence and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement actions to improve satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop seasonal menus and promotions with leadership teams to boost revenue.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and attendants.
• Analyze financial reports to improve productivity and profitability.
