Job summary

The Wigwam, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Litchfield Park, AZ, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily restaurant, bar, and in-room dining operations. You will work with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure exceptional guest service, profitability, and brand standards.

You will oversee staff, train teams, monitor costs, and collaborate on seasonal menus, events, and guest experiences. A strong background in hospitality leadership and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in front desk or hotel operations, with 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar operations, In-Room Dining, and guest interactions.
• Coordinate front-of-house, bar, and culinary teams to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.
• Maintains high standards of food quality, beverage presentation, cleanliness, and service consistency.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and alcoholic beverage regulations.
• Lead staff training, onboarding, and performance evaluations; manage schedules and costs.
