Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
3–5 years of experience in front desk or hotel operations, with supervisory experience.
Experience with property management systems and hotel reservation software preferred.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily F&B outlets operations, including restaurant, bar, and In-Room Dining.
Ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, bar, and culinary teams for service efficiency.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
Provide a welcoming dining experience and resolve guest concerns promptly.
Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage departmental labor, costs, and inventory to meet budget.
Collaborate with Culinary, Sales, Marketing, and Events to develop seasonal menus and events.
Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and event staff; perform evaluations.
