Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury hotel or full-service resort.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and relay information about upcoming events to staff.
• Provide information about capabilities to other departments and clients or potential clients.
• Respond to needs and requests of guests and potential guests.
• Maintain standards of food, beverage and service quality at a first-class level.
• Implement cost controls for food, beverage and labor.
• Oversee inventory, receiving and product utilization.
• Lead by maintaining productivity standards for food & beverage staff.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for food and beverage personnel.
• Support other outlets as needed.
