Job summary

LensCrafters in Indianapolis seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service, build strong client relationships, and meet sales targets. You will develop in-depth product knowledge of eyewear trends and provide personalized recommendations.

Responsibilities include staying current on industry trends, upselling and cross-selling, maintaining a clean store, and delivering omnichannel support across online and in-store channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge; attend training as required.
• Display in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties, and optical add-ons.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets via upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless online and in-store experience.
• Adhere to all brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
