LensCrafters is seeking a Retail Sales Associate who will deliver exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets by staying up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge. You will provide personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable shopping experience in-store and online.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet their needs.
• Stay up-to-date on eyewear trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up communication.
