Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Frontline Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced eyewear environment. You will stay informed on trends, explain warranties and accessories, and help customers select products that fit their needs.

The role emphasizes achieving sales targets, upselling, and providing seamless omnichannel support across in-store and online experiences. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and build relationships.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties and features.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
