Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a strong desire to meet sales goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems and basic math is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assists patients in frame selection and coordinates frames with measurements to help choose vision solutions.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Participates in maintaining a positive store environment and professional relationships with staff and clients.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Treats customers and colleagues with respect to foster an inclusive culture.
