Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, know the latest eyewear trends, and drive sales. You will build relationships, stay informed on products, and provide recommendations across in-store and online channels.

The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours while maintaining a high level of brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear/luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationships.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand, warranties, and add-on features.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs; keep store clean and organized.
• Provide omnichannel support; ensure seamless in-store and online experiences.
