Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in New York. You will provide exceptional customer service, acquire product knowledge, and guide clients to eyewear solutions that fit their needs.

You will work to meet and exceed sales targets, participate in training, and support omnichannel experiences across in-store and online channels. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Capability to build strong client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Stay current on eyewear trends and product knowledge through training.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and omnichannel support.
• Adhere to brand policies and assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
