EssilorLuxottica in New York is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service and expert product advice. You will guide clients with personalized recommendations, stay current on eyewear trends, and contribute to a seamless in-store and online experience.

The role requires 2+ years in retail sales, preferably luxury eyewear, with flexibility for evenings and weekends. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to exceed sales targets and maintain a premium store

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in retail sales, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual and reliable; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and back-of-house areas.
• Provide omnichannel support across online and in-store platforms.
