Job summary

Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service; build relationships; know latest eyewear trends; and provide personalized recommendations. You’ll upsell and meet targets while maintaining store presentation and offering omnichannel support.

Experience in retail sales, especially luxury eyewear, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are preferred. Health, retirement and discount benefits accompany the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build client relationships.
• Stay updated on trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Upsell/cross-sell to meet sales targets daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with adjustments and repairs; maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver omnichannel support across in-store and online channels.
