Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in retail, strong communication, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a collaborative, attentive approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Team player, collaborative, adaptable and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Display knowledge of Brand, warranties and optical add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including follow-up communications.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets by upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for seamless in-store and online experiences.
• Follow brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
