Sunglass Hut, part of EssilorLuxottica, is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Jersey City. You will deliver exceptional customer service, build relationships and achieve sales targets through knowledge of eyewear trends and strong product recommendations.

You'll represent a luxury eyewear brand, participate in omnichannel support, and maintain an engaging store environment while meeting flexible hours in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably eyewear or luxury retail.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients and meet shopping needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the Brand, warranties and add-on features.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients with in-store and follow-up communication.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets via upselling/cross-selling.
• Assist with minor adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment on sales floor and back of house.
• Provide omnichannel support for a seamless customer experience across platforms.
• Adhere to brand policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
