Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Site Manager to lead the coordination of all sales engagement opportunities across sites, trade shows, activations, FAMs and events. You will oversee logistics, manage collateral and client gifts, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure flawless site experiences for groups.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English—written and spoken.
• Familiarity with meeting room capacities and banquet setups.
• Basic math skills for support tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Manage reservation bookings and operation requests.
• Site document processing (collateral, client gifts, branding, etc.).
• Effective verbal and written communication with all staff levels.
• Revenue forecasting and reporting for site tour sales efforts.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals.
• Maintain and grow established client relationships.
• Lead tours and present meetings/events at the property.
• Attend required hotel meetings and trainings.
• Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Show initiative and anticipate internal operational needs.
