Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests on arrival with directions and information.
• Manage entry, reservations, waitlists, ID checks, and policy adherence.
• Enforce Riviera Dining Group dress standards professionally.
• Coordinate guest flow during peak service periods.
• Communicate wait times and manage seating systems accurately.
• Collaborate with hosts and leadership to optimize seating.
• Upsell premium offerings such as bar seating and bottle service.
• Provide accommodations support for children, elderly guests, and others.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming entrance reflecting brand standards.
• Thank guests at departure to leave a memorable impression.
