Responsibilities

• Oversee daily host stand operations with professional greetings and accurate wait times.
• Communicate effectively with servers, captains, and management regarding table status and guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, lobby, and entrance areas.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned by management.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company policies, service standards, sanitation guidelines, and equipment usage.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, multitask under pressure, and maintain reliable attendance.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
