Job summary

Riviera Dining Group is seeking a VIP Host to lead the oversight of VIP clientele, develop private event contacts, and manage concierge services across venues. You will maintain guest databases, oversee inventory of menu supplies, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in elevated dining, experience with OpenTable/Resy/Seven Rooms, and strong leadership. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work with high-profile

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a high-volume elevated dining restaurant in a major metropolitan market.
• Experience with online booking platforms such as OpenTable, Resy, Seven Rooms.
• Must be detail oriented and possess effective communication and written skills.
• State food handling certificate.
• Must have computer knowledge (Excel, Windows, etc.).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be a team player and possess strong leadership abilities.
• Punctuality and regular attendance.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attract new VIPs to our venues.
• Visit restaurants and clubs around us.
• Maintain relations with hotel and restaurant/nightclub management.
• Maintain current VIP guest database.
• Ensure VIP guests are correctly hosted.
• Collaborate with venue management.
• Assist with pre-shift restaurant meetings.
• Accompany VIPs outside our venues when needed.
• Know VIPs by name and provide warm, attentive service.
• Interact with guests to build loyalty and recognition.
• Address guest requests with grace and efficiency.
• Understand local market and surrounding venues.
