Responsabilités

• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods and pairings.
• Provide attentive, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and guiding the dining experience from start to finish.
• Follow all service standards, policies, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe, compliant guest environment.
• Complete opening and ongoing side work, ensuring stations are prepared, stocked, and organized for service.
• Handle products, equipment, and service tools properly to maintain quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and management to support smooth service flow and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate guest feedback, product concerns, or operational needs to leadership in a timely manner.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company policies and sanitation guidelines; maintain proper equipment usage as a server.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and a performance-driven mindset.
• Servers can stand for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
