Job summary

Broken Sound Club in Boca Raton, FL, seeks an experienced Dining Room Manager to lead front-of-house operations, uphold service standards, and ensure outstanding member experiences during all dining services.

You will supervise service staff, coordinate with Culinary and Beverage teams, lead pre-shift meetings, manage reservations and flow, and help achieve departmental goals while promoting safety and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in F&B, restaurant, or hospitality with supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with private clubs and luxury dining is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage.
• Proven ability to lead operations in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations across assigned dining areas.
• Lead pre-service lineups and coordinate with Culinary/Beverage teams.
• Manage reservations, dining room flow, and staff performance.
• Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management.
• Address member concerns and promote personalized service.
