Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in luxury Food & Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams across multiple dining concepts.
• Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine and beverage programs, and luxury hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as acting Restaurant Manager in venues as needed, ensuring continuity during PTO or vacancies.
• Perform duties of Restaurant Management, including opening/closing, shift leadership, guest interaction, and financial oversight.
• Adapt service styles and concepts while upholding luxury standards.
• Conduct regular service audits across F&B venues and review compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
• Lead onboarding and 90‑day on‑the‑floor assessments for new managers and provide development plans.
• Provide coaching for managers based on observations and audit results.
• Maintain records of audits, trainings, and assessments; report weekly to the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Oversee SevenRooms pacing and reporting; liaise for private events and reservations.
