Qualifications

• Proven experience as Beverage Manager or similar in luxury hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and cocktails.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff effectively.
• Certification in Responsible Alcohol Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement beverage menus in collaboration with culinary and management teams, incorporating current trends and member preferences.
• Supervise daily beverage operations across dining, bar, and event areas, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Lead, train, and motivate beverage staff to deliver outstanding customer service, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and foster a positive team environment.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize costs and minimize waste.
• Monitor and analyze beverage sales, revenue, and expenses; prepare reports and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to all legal and safety regulations related to alcohol service, including responsible alcohol service policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, vendors, and staff.
• Plan and execute special events, promotions, and tastings to enhance member engagement and revenue.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices to continuously improve offerings and service standards.
