Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries by inspecting and verifying invoices.
• Maintain proper par levels for food, beverage, and disposables.
• Assist with daily/weekly inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices.
• Organize and store products with proper rotation and expiration monitoring.
• Prepare daily receiving reports and transmit invoices to the office.
