Ideal candidates are organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating with vendors and team members. This hourly position emphasizes upholding safety standards and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations in hospitality.
• Ability to read and verify invoices, purchase orders, and product specs.
• Knowledge of FIFO and proper cold storage practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Inspect quality, temperature, packaging, and overall condition of products.
• Document shortages and discrepancies; communicate with leadership.
• Store products properly and rotate per FIFO; maintain clean receiving areas.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and assist with counts.
