Responsibilities

• Maintain strong knowledge of all food and beverage menus, ingredients, and pairings.
• Provide attentive, personalized service by anticipating guest needs and guiding the dining experience.
• Follow service standards, sanitation policies, and safety regulations to ensure a premium guest environment.
• Complete opening/side work and keep stations stocked and organized for service.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth service flow and address issues promptly.
• Communicate guest feedback or concerns to leadership in a timely manner.
