Job summary

The Polo Room Palm Beach is seeking a detail-oriented Receiver to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for accepting, inspecting, organizing, and storing all deliveries to support inventory accuracy and efficient kitchen operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting items against orders, labeling and rotating stock, monitoring temperatures, and maintaining clean receiving areas while following food safety and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant receiving, food service, inventory, or a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries for quality and accuracy.
• Match deliveries to PO/invoices and report discrepancies.
• Date, label, rotate, and store products per safety standards.
• Monitor temperatures of perishables on delivery.
