Job summary

Faena Hotels And Residences Llc in Miami Beach seeks a Receiver to manage goods and materials, document receipts, reject non-conforming items, and ensure compliance with purchase orders and expiry dates.

Responsibilities include store room operations, receiving, organizing stock, maintaining the dock area, and daily operations with a focus on food, beverages, dry goods and guest supplies, while coordinating with Engineering, Security and Purchasing.

Responsibilities

• Open Store room.
• Check refrigeration, temperatures and report any problem to Engineering, Security and Purchasing Supervisor.
• Verify all Goods Received.
• Issue Stock.
• Rotate Stock (first in- first out).
• Store: Dry Food Goods, Meat, Fish, Poultry, Produce, Dairy, Beverages, Paper Supplies, Guest Supplies, Stationery, Silverware, Glassware, China, Linen, and Cleaning Supplies in designated areas.
• Maintain Storeroom Maintenance.
• Assist in Inventory as directed by Purchasing Supervisor or Purchasing Director.
• Secure Storeroom.
