Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli in Cabazon, CA, seeks a Mens or Womens Department Manager to lead the sales team and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience in-store. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and driving in-store events to grow the local market.

You will manage day-to-day department operations, train staff, and collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure a productive, guest-centric environment and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years’ experience in luxury retail role.
• Proven ability to meet business goals by leading store teams.
• Existing client book or ability to network and cultivate clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Motivate sales team to deliver the highest level of service.
• Provide exceptional in-store customer service and build guest loyalty.
• Develop events and networking opportunities to grow local market.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and utilize resources to deepen understanding.
• Lead client relationship management tools and personal assistance to customers.
• Oversee staff training on product competency, service, and stock management.
• Coordinate store operations, opening/closing and daily tasks.
• Assign tasks and prioritize staff activities each day.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist floor sets.
• In store leadership in absence of Store Manager.
