Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; College degree preferred.
• 3-4 years’ experience in luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team.
• Existing client book or ability to network and cultivate clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve and exceed sales goals for the business.
• Lead and motivate sales team to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Provide industry-leading service building guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Develop events/networking opportunities to grow local customer base.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and use resources to deepen understanding of products.
• Oversee client relationship resources to provide personal assistance to customers.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to monitor client interactions and tailor experiences.
• Coordinate staff training to enhance product competency, service, and stock management.
• Complete operational tasks including opening/closing and daily duties.
• Assign and prioritize tasks and staff activities each day.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with floor sets.
• In Store Manager's absence, make decisions impacting the business.
• Communicate store objectives and priorities clearly to the team.
• Monitor performance and participate in year-end evaluations with the Store Manager.
• Act as a brand ambassador embodying brand philosophy and lifestyle.
• Build relationships with other stores and Corporate Partners.
• Follow policy and seek guidance when unclear.
• Support onboarding of new staff to the team.
• Be accountable as SME and point of contact for corporate partners.
