Job summary

Brunello Cucinelli in-store Department Manager leads the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet sales and operational objectives. The role supports the Store Manager in creating a highly productive environment and implementing people initiatives across the business.

The position emphasizes building a loyal client base, product knowledge, and teamwork to maintain high visual standards and execute store initiatives. Availability to work varied hours is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years' experience in luxury environment.
• Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team.
• Existing client book or demonstrable ability to network and cultivate clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Availability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize all selling opportunities to achieve (and exceed) individual and department goals.
• Motivate sales team to provide the highest level of customer service to maximize sales.
• Provide industry‑leading customer service and build guest loyalty through in-store experience.
• Develop events and networking opportunities to grow local client base.
• Continuously demonstrate product knowledge and use resources to deepen understanding of product assortment.
• Manage client relationship tools to provide personal assistance to customers.
• In partnership with Store Manager, oversee client interactions to ensure tailored, memorable experiences.
• Coordinate staff training programs to enhance product competency, service, and stock management.
• Complete operational objectives, opening/closing the store, and other tasks as needed.
