Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proven ability to meet business goals by driving results through store team.
• Ability to network and cultivate clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook and Excel.
• Able to stand for long hours and lift up to 40 pounds; varied schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of retail store.
• Lead by example to provide industry-leading customer service.
• Resolve customer service issues with best-in-class service.
• Oversee stockroom and product movement to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate staff training and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new staff.
• Review sell-through, KPIs, and payroll timekeeping; report to partners.
