Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and achieve sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build guest loyalty.
• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, stock movement and quarterly counts.
• Recruit, hire and onboard store staff.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Buying to ensure product availability.
